Rachel Cruze’s 7-Day Meal Planning Challenge

Results: Drove 1,000 new members to Rachel’s Facebook community and proved demand for meal planning content pillar.

Before launching Rachel Cruze’s Weekly Meal Planner and Grocery Savings Guide lead magnet, I piloted a seven-day challenge within her private Facebook community of 50,000+ members to test meal planning as a high-potential content pillar and lead generation channel. The campaign also strengthened audience acquisition by giving Rachel’s YouTube viewers a compelling reason to join the community.

With limited bandwidth from Rachel, I led content development by repurposing material from existing Rachel Cruze and Ramsey blogs, podcasts, and videos, structuring it into seven themed days, and writing original copy to create a cohesive audience experience. We designed the challenge to deliver enough value to function more like a mini-course than a standard engagement campaign. The experience culminated in a Facebook Live with Rachel, giving participants direct access to her and ending the program on a high-engagement note.

The challenge drove a meaningful spike in community engagement and helped validate future investment in meal-planning lead magnets and related content.
